Darknetmarketaustrlia Inc. (”Australia Web”) operates the website www.darknetmarketaustralia.com/us (“The Website”). These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) are valid for every product order a consumer places on The Website.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Conditions. You also certify that you acknowledge the information about personal data and consent to the use of your personal data.
Australia Web reserves the right to change these Conditions at any time. Every change will be published on The Website and is valid from when you accept the Conditions through a new order.

Order and purchase agreement By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Conditions. The purchase agreement will only be concluded after your order has been confirmed by Australia Web through a confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided when placing the order. Please note that you need to be at least 21 years old in order to be able to enter into a contract with Australia Web and the contract can only be concluded with consumers with a delivery address you provided us

Australia Web service may only be used by individuals. Australia Web reserves the right to decline an order in case Haypp suspects that the order is not intended for the Customer’s private use. In case of suspicion that the Customer or the Customer’s order does not meet Australia Web terms and conditions,

 

People under the age of 21 are not permitted to place orders at The Website. In order to be able to shop you need to verify your age when completing the purchase. In addition to confirming your age yourself, you as a cardholder need to be 21 years or older to complete the transaction.

An order made in another person’s name (falsification of a document), or in any other way that causes Australia Web to risk a financial damage, will be reported to the authorities. Australia Web reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order if irregularities or misuse of our order function are suspected.

All prices and costs on The Website are charged in USD ($), including the product prices throughout The Website and the shipping costs. Special fees may apply dependending on you residential location.

Before completing your order at the checkout, you have to choose the delivery method, after which the costs for your order, including shipping costs and applicable taxes, will be calculated.

Australia Web offers a range of different shipping alternatives depending on the size of the packaging, your place of residence etc. The shipping alternatives as well as the delivery time for each shipping alternative are further described in the checkout at the Website. When ordering through UPS (Standard and Express) you may need to present a valid identification at delivery. Thus, only the person placing the order at The Website should receive the order.

If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does otherwise not correspond to the description provided by Australia Web, you have the right to make a complaint about the product to Australia Web.

In that case you’re welcome to make a complaint about your product. You can contact our customer service team to file a complaint here.

The right of complaint only includes faults at delivery (and not faults that for instance occurred due to the product’s expired shelf life or due to normal wear and tear). You need to notify Australia Web about the fault within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault and at the latest two months after you received the product. Australia Web therefore recommends you to carefully inspect products directly upon receiving them.

Depending on the type of product fault we may require you to provide photographic proof. Throughout the reclamation period you are required to retain original packaging, packing slip and the products in question.

Depending on the extent of the damage you will be able to get a replacement, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims, exceeding the costs of the product, Australia Web will act in accordance with the Australia Consumer Purchase Law.

In order for issues regarding transport damages to be resolved as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to keep the product packaging for inspection. In order to be able to claim a reclamation on products you also need to prove your purchase from The Website, for instance through the order confirmation Australia Web sent to the e-mail address you provided in connection with your purchase. We may also request photographic proof of damages.

Australia Web is not required to fulfil the purchase agreement if the fulfilment is complicated due to an event outside of the reasonable control of Australia Web (e.g. changed legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events). Such circumstances also relieve Australia Web from the obligation to pay compensation. If these circumstances last longer than two (2) months, both the consumer and Australia Web have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Australia Web strives to make sure that all information provided on The Website is correct, but with reservations for limited availabilities and possible errors in pictures or writing, e.g. errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices, or erroneous information about stock availability. Australia Web furthermore reserves the right to correct such errors at any time and change or update information. All pictures on The Website are intended as illustrations and cannot guarantee the exact appearance or condition of the product.

By submitting a product review on The Website, you give Australia Web the right to publish it on The Website and other channels and media. Australia Web also reserves the right to not publish and/or delete submitted reviews.

All postage is sent via Australia Post,FedEx,UPS,DHL,Aramex and other network.

Shipping Fees

All purchases made within Australia,USA,Mexico and Canada are duty free. A flat shipping fee of $15 will be charged for Express Shipping for orders to the UK,Irreland and Scotland.

When you create an account to shop on Australia Web it asks for an email address, once you have made a purchase a unique tracking number will be sent to the nominated email address and you can track the order through the Postal service selected during purchase.
The postage tracker will identify when the goods have been dispatched and ready for delivery to your home, if delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home) the goods can be picked up from your local Australia Post outlet.

Delivery times may vary depending on which type of postage option is selected,Delivery times may also be affected by the area/ postcode the parcel is being sent to, some areas are classed as being outside of the standard Australia Post network which take longer to arrive.
